Program Eligibility
This program is intended to support eligible Military Personnel (Active Duty and Retired), Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders, and qualified users including Guides and Industry Professionals. Eligibility is determined solely at our discretion.
Application and Verification
All applicants must submit accurate, current, and complete information through the application form. Required supporting documentation must be provided to verify eligibility. Applications submitted with incomplete, inaccurate, or missing documentation will be automatically denied.
Review and Approval
All applications are subject to review. Approval is not guaranteed and participation in the program is not automatic. Additional verification or documentation may be requested during the review process.
Processing Time
Please allow two weeks for application processing before enquiring about application status.
Membership Status and Revocation
Approved membership may be suspended or revoked at any time, without prior notice, if eligibility criteria are no longer met, information provided is found to be inaccurate, or program terms are violated.
Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, its benefits, or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Final Decision
All decisions regarding eligibility, approval, denial, or revocation of membership are final.
